Grief tending to honour the Earth

Facilitator, ritualist & writer tending ecological loss and grief

Let’s transform your relationship with ecological grief, expanding your capacity to live fully amidst the sorrow and uncertainty of times of great loss.

Circles, rituals and words to hold and honour ecological grief

Learning to be with ecological grief reconnects us to what we love and helps us transform pain and despair into actions in service of life.

When your love for the Earth is immense, so is your sorrow at its ravishing

If you feel weighed down, overwhelmed or paralyzed by what’s happening to the world

If you feel isolated by, or ashamed about, your feelings

If you’re longing to connect with people who feel the same

If you’re searching for a safe space for your grief to be held and honoured

You are not alone; your feelings are valid and a sign of your humanity.

We are living in times of great ecological loss—loss that is worthy of mourning

I believe tending our ecological grief is necessary in order to fully engage with life and stay connected to what matters most to us.

My approach

Turning towards grief, turning towards life

Ecological grief is real and legitimate, yet it is still not widely recognized or validated. Far too often, it is dismissed, misunderstood or even pathologized.

When we turn away from grief, we collapse our ability to feel, both the bad and the good. When we turn towards grief, we expand our capacity to feel and live fully.

My work normalizes, validates and honors the profound ecological grief so many of us feel right now, supporting you to transform your relationship with grief and transmute pain and sadness into meaningful action.
